Neurodiversity Coaching For Adults

You Are Capable. The Strategies Were Never Built For The Way You Think.

I help autistic and ADHD adults - and adults still figuring out whether that language fits - build practical strategies for work, organization and daily life. Not generic advice. Systems that match how your mind actually works.

Virtual sessions, one-on-one with Steve Rubin. The first call is free and there is no obligation.

IS THIS YOU?

Some things feel harder than they should — and you cannot work out why.

I know I am capable, but I cannot seem to get organized.

Why do things that seem easy for other people feel so difficult for me?

People misunderstand me, especially at work.

I want to succeed, but I need strategies that actually work for me.

If any of that sounds like your inner monologue, it is not a sign that you lack ability. Usually it means you have spent years being handed advice designed for a different kind of brain. Clients most often come to me with:

Managing responsibilities Workplace misunderstandings Executive functioning Feeling overwhelmed No routines that stick Approaches that never fit

WHAT CHANGES

WHAT SUCCESS SOUNDS LIKE

"My life feels more manageable. I understand myself better, and I have strategies that actually work for me."

WHO YOU WOULD BE WORKING WITH

I Wish I Had A Coach Like This When I Was Younger.

That sentence is the reason this practice exists.

Hi, I'm Steve Rubin.

I help autistic and neurodivergent adults develop practical strategies to navigate work, relationships, executive functioning, and daily-life organization with greater confidence and less overwhelm.

For more than 30 years, I have worked one-on-one with clients, helping them understand complex issues, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence. Throughout my legal career, I learned that the most effective guidance begins with listening carefully, understanding each person's unique circumstances, and focusing on practical solutions rather than one-size-fits-all advice.

As a neurodiversity coach, I bring that same thoughtful, individualized approach to every coaching relationship. Together, we'll identify your strengths, understand the challenges that are getting in your way, and develop strategies that fit the way you think and work. Whether you're struggling with organization, executive functioning, communication, career decisions, or everyday responsibilities, my goal is to help you build systems that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your life.

I believe neurodivergence is not something to be "fixed." My role is to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make meaningful progress toward your personal and professional goals.

If you're ready to explore how neurodiversity coaching can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence, I'd be honored to speak with you.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions people ask me

Is coaching worth the investment?

It is an investment in your well-being, executive function, and future capacity. The tools and strategies we build together are designed to serve you long after our sessions conclude, providing a sustainable foundation for daily life.

How do I know coaching will work?

We begin by identifying what 'working' looks like for you. Our process is highly individualized, focusing on sustainable shifts rather than quick fixes. Progress is measured by your increased comfort, clarity, and capability in navigating daily challenges.

What qualifies you to coach me?

II bring more than 30 years of experience working one-on-one with people as a professional, combined with formal training in neurodiversity coaching and additional training in how the brain learns, adapts, and develops new patterns.

My approach is practical and personalized. Rather than asking you to simply “try harder” or fit yourself into systems that don't work for you, I help you understand how you work best and develop strategies that fit your strengths, challenges, and goals.

I also believe good coaching requires knowing the limits of coaching. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My role is to help you build practical skills, confidence, organization, and greater independence through a collaborative coaching relationship.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?

Not at all. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are self-identified, or simply resonate with neurodivergent experiences, you are welcome here. We focus on your specific traits, support needs, and goals rather than a clinical label.
